So, just for change I thought I would replace the 3900EFT with it for a try out. I bought it secondhand for someone who then decided they didn't want it and I got lumbered with it. I had an Anytone v5 that was off frequency on usb/lsb but I never had to replace any part's inside to get it bang on as there is a hidden menu,to get into the hidden menu all you need to do is choose the mode desired, press the function button while switching on the radio, then press RB,NB/ANL,DW in quick succession, and you should see bf followed by three digit's,make sure you note down the number you see before the re-alignment of the radio on each mode,so you have a starting point and can go up or down depending on which way it need's to go,the channel selector for bigger adjustment's and the clarifier for smaller, are what you need to turn in order for it to change the 3 digit's,the only thing is after altering the 3 digit number either + or - say 5 is you have to switch the radio off then turn on without holding any button's to see what direction you have taken the frequency. Before starting the process make sure you have an op with a radio that is spot on the modes you want to fine tune, but as many op's as possible is even better,it certainly is worth the hassle if the radio is slightly off.Hope this help's someone. If it goes t*t's up I will not be held responsible as it is done at the radio owner's own discretion, but it is very easy to do
